**Overview**:
We are in search of an experienced and creative Senior Visual Designer to work on the PlaySide Studios brand and take us to the next level. In this position, you will take charge of producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms and marketing materials. If you have a wealth of design expertise and a passion for digital creativity, we’re looking for exactly those qualities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely in-studio with our leaderships in creating compelling visual materials, including pitch decks, banners, posters, and promotional collateral.
- Create visually engaging and informative pitch decks that effectively conveys the essence of a game concept, its potential, and the benefits of investing in or supporting the project.
- Oversee the development of digital assets for online campaigns, social media content, and website graphics, elevating our brand's online presence.
- Ensure consistent branding and design across all digital channels and marketing materials, maintaining our visual identity.
- Create captivating multimedia content, such as animations, GIFs, and short videos, to enhance our online marketing and social media efforts.
- Enhance and manipulate images to meet design and marketing requirements.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital design field.

**What You Bring To The Role**:

- Exceptional skills in Photoshop and graphic/digital design, including layout, typography, and design principles.
- Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability to diverse design styles.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a creative vision and guide projects to success.
- Proven experience in designing user interfaces for games or related software.
- Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Self-management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
- Initiative, self-motivation, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong team player mentality.
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, even when faced with competing priorities.
- Quick thinking and a can-do attitude, with a knack for turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently without daily guidance.

- Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of the video games industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
