**About TEG Commercial**

**About the Role**:
The Partnership and Event Manager will lead the delivery of exceptional VIP experiences and partner brand campaigns across TEG’s portfolio of music, sport, and entertainment. The role is perfect for someone who is eager to build business relationships and get hands on with event delivery.

**What does a day in the life look like?**
**Event Delivery**:
- Deliver premium VIP experiences across TEG’s diverse portfolio of concerts, festivals, theatre, exhibitions, and sporting events.
- Oversee end-to-end event operations — from planning and execution to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.
- Lead bump-in and bump-out activities, ensuring events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Foster strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Provide on-the-ground leadership to ensure a seamless experience for guests and stakeholders.
**Partnerships Delivery**:
- Manage a portfolio of brand partners, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all contractual benefits.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and post-event evaluations that highlight outcomes and opportunities.
- Act as a key point of contact, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
- Work cross-functionally to align partner objectives with upcoming TEG events and commercial opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities to add value for partners and support the broader commercial team’s goals
**About You**:
- 5+ years’ experience in the live event industry.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or similar (not essential but desired).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experienced in Canva (not essential but desired).
- Demonstrates exceptional project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
