We are very excited to be recruiting for an inspiring, motivated and experienced Lead Educator

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- We are looking for an amazing Lead Educator who exudes passion for education, who genuinely loves and cares for children (of all abilities and backgrounds), who is nurturing, fun and flexible but also understands the importance of boundaries, routine and professionalism  
- We are looking for an amazing Lead Educator to care for and take pride of their classroom, and who wants to be part of a diverse team and support other Educators  
- We are looking for an amazing Lead Educator who is excited to try new things, and who comes to us regularly with ideas of how to grow and extend on our program and improve our children's learning outcomes and environments  
- We are looking for an amazing Lead Educator who has experience using the EYLF, has a sound understanding of the NQF and has a discernment for child development.  
- We are looking for an amazing Lead Educator who is confident, self-motivated, energetic...and who couldn't live without educating young children everyday

**WHAT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- Early Childhood: 1 year (preferred)
