**Coffee Machine Technician**

Procaffe Australasia Pty Ltd is a family owned business located in Moorabbin, the company owes it's success to servicing internationally recognised coffee machines Brands such as : Franke, La Marzocco, CMA Wega & Astoria, Nuova Simonelli, Expobar & Mazzer.

Procaffe seeks a suitable person on a full time basis as a Coffee Machine Technician to join our team.

Role responsibilities include:

- Service and repair of coffee machines in busy offices, cafes & venues
- Assisting customers and field staff over the phone
- Travelling to various customer sites to repair, install and service coffee machines
- Training clients in care and cleaning of coffee machines
- Ability to set and calibrate equipment to produce great coffee before leaving a venue

For the successful applicant and the following attributes and skills are required;
- Extremely High Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical Understanding/knowledge is required
- Restricted Workers Electrical License preferred
- Test and Tag license
- Restricted electrical license
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Enjoy working with mechanical devices
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills with an ability to troubleshoot
- Hold a full current manual driving license
- Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required
- Ability to self-manage work load
- A team player with high work standards
- Good basic computer skills
- Eye for detail
- Flexible attitude

Must have:

- Certificate 3 in a relevant field + 2 years on the job training or 3 years of experience as a Coffee Machine Technician, with experience on the above brands.

Salary

$63,000 p.a.to $75,000 p.a plus superannuation depending on experience and ability

A company vehicle will be provided for use.

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Coffee machine repair: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Electrical Connect/Disconnect license (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
