**About the role**
This HR leadership role reports to the Managing Director and manages a small people and culture team, supporting 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. The role entails building an intimate understanding of the entire enterprise to deliver a high level of organisational efficiency though effective workforce planning. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be engaged in strategic and operational HR management, contributing to a high performance culture and establishing the business as an employer of choice. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, with ownership of all local and global processes., The role has a mandate to contribute to executive level strategy and planning beyond the remit of HR.

**About you**
With several years experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role your exerpience means you can make an immediate positive impact on the business. You are passionate about further developing your career in HR as part of a successful executive function. Your exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to form effective relationships at all levels of an organisation. You have knowledge of current relevant legislation and are comfortable owning the payroll function. This role will appeal for the organisation’s focus on people as the key to success.
