RAC Auto Services is expanding its fleet of Mobile Service Vans, and we're seeking qualified and experienced Mechanics ready to take their skills beyond the traditional workshop. Be part of a team dedicated to supporting our members and community by working out and about—offering top-notch vehicle servicing and repair directly in our customers' neighbourhoods.

Our Mobile Mechanics operate in community "hubs" across nine metro-based service canters. We’re actively recruiting throughout our entire network, with immediate opportunities available

What Will You Be Doing?
- Providing on-site vehicle service when members cannot bring their cars to our workshops—offering a "mini workshop on wheels".
- Delivering quality customer service, offering advice, and presenting vehicle care solutions.
- Conducting fault diagnosis, service, inspection, and repairs of light vehicles.
- Maintaining detailed records: Vehicle information, parts used, services performed, invoicing, and part returns.
- Keeping the mobile van clean and well-stocked to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assisting at RAC Auto Service canters as needed to help meet customer demand.

What Are We Looking For in You?
- Trade Qualification: Light Vehicle Automotive Technician.
- Experience in mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
- A C Class Manual Driving License.
- Motor Vehicle Repair Licence (desirable).
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive workplace relationships.
