**Midland Toyota **is on the search for an** Automotive Fleet Sales Consultant **to join our dynamic Fleet Department

To be successful, you will be self-motivated, financially driven and have a natural ability to establish, maintain and develop corporate relationships. This role offers exciting career progression opportunities, competitive remuneration with uncapped earning potential plus a fully maintained company vehicle.

If you are motivated to succeed, are a fast learner with attention to detail and exceptional customer relationship skills, then we would love to hear from **YOU**

**YOU**:

- Current manual drivers’ licence
- Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation
- Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry
- Ability to understand and profile customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Sound leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Yard Managers Licence.
- **Previous fleet sales experience in the automotive industry is essential**
