We're seeking an exceptional **Assistant** **Store Manager** to join our Retail Prodigy Group family and drive the success of our flagship** Nike**store on** George Street, Sydney CBD**. As the largest and most dynamic store in our fleet, this is your chance to shine in a high-profile role with immense growth potential.

**About the Role**:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead a team of over 30 athletes in our recently refurbished three-level store including kidswear, running, training, sportswear, Jordan, and the newest in footwear. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a positive store culture, aligned with Nike’s ethos and our core values of Care, Energy, Accountability, Innovation, and Coaching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Inspire and lead your team to excellence, cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in store operations, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Deliver the ultimate customer experience by ensuring every interaction aligns with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Follow and implement Visual Merchandising directives from Nike direct and update, coach and train team members accordingly.
- **Brand Alignment**: Passionate about Nike and aligned with our core values.
- **Customer Experience**: Proven ability to create exceptional and memorable customer interactions.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of prior experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager.
- **Availability**: Flexible, including late-night trade and weekend hours.
- **Passion for Leadership**: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing large teams.
