**The role**:
Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments. You will provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Provide remote administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
- Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating, negotiating, advising and working collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate your ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes, as well as displaying a high level of expertise and experience in one or more of the following:
- Ability to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.
- Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg. MS Office, electronic mail).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
- Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
**Special Working Conditions**:
- An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
