Maintenance Leader

As a **Maintenance Leader** based in **Tullamarine, Australia**, you will report to the Operations Manager. You will manage the ongoing improvement of the production line performance within our Tullamarine Aerospace packaging facility.

You will also provide flexible support for maintenance, equipment, and facilities and ensure a program of maintenance improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Always ensure adherence to company EHS processes - your safety is our priority
- Review and monitor compliance with work systems and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Leadership meetings.
- Oversee all utilities and facilities management.
- Manage plant maintenance program.
- Manage on-site contractors and contractor’s compliance database.
- Capable of carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on properties.
- Organize daily site and equipment maintenance.
- Minimise machine downtime and repetitive equipment failure.
- Ensure all equipment is available for production.
- Manage and plan resources, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

***Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Industrial equipment maintenance experience (toolmaker, fitter, basic engineering).
- A good knowledge of planning and scheduling maintenance work.
- Maintain good relationships with team members and contractors.
- Knowledge of pneumatic equipment and pumps.
- Hands-on approach.
