**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Lifestyle Assistant with PCA experience to help with our Leisure and Lifestyle program at** Ferndale Gardens located in Bayswater North. **Your role is to assist in the design and implementation of diversional therapy techniques to engage residents in purposeful and engaging programs. Join our close knit and friendly team at Ferndale Gardens to enrich and make a real difference to the lives of residents.

**Shifts**
- Week 1 _
- _Tuesday 9am to 5pm _
- _Wednesday 9am to 5pm _
- _Thursday 9am to 5pm _
- Week 2 _
- _Tuesday 11am to 7pm _
- _Thursday 11am to 7pm or 9am to 5pm _

**Location**

Ferndale Gardens is our 121 bed aged care home located in **Bayswater North.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Certificate in Leisure & Health
- Lifestyle experience in a residential aged care facility
- Previous experience as a PCA would be well regarded
- Good communication skills
- Current police check
- COVID vaccination
