- Western Health is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for a fixed term parental leave backfill role with a passion for achieving great patient outcomes using evidence-based practice focusing on the right care in the right place at the right time. Our services cover Endocrinology and Diabetes Education, Transit Lounge, Integrated care Hub and the Aged Care Assessment Services. provided at Western Health and within our community. The Operations manager will be operationally accountable for the day to management of our teams._
- Working in close liaison with the other divisional Operations Managers, the Clinical Services Director and the Divisional Director you will directly shape the future of Endocrinology Care in the west of Melbourne._
- To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the key qualities of both a manager and a leader, have strong fiscal management skills, be an excellent communicator and negotiator and a proven track record in delivering outcomes on time._ _You will hold or be working towards post graduate qualifications in management._
