**About Us**

Allcast Precast is a long-established, family-focused manufacturing business based in Woombye on the Sunshine Coast.
With over 60 years in operation, we specialise in producing **high-quality precast concrete plunge pools and tanks**. Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our production team and are looking for experienced tradespeople to join us.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking **skilled and reliable steel fixers, concreters and labourers**to work in our precast production yard.
You’ll be part of a strong team manufacturing luxury precast pools and tanks, following detailed production plans and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

**Duties Include**
- Setting up and tying reinforcing steel
- Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
- Assisting with demoulding, cleaning, and patching precast units
- Reading and following job sheets and production drawings
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Ideally, experience** in steel fixing, concreting, or precast work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, self-motivated, and physically fit
- **Driver’s licence and own transport required**:

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Enjoyment to working outdoors
