Holy Spirit Casula is a thriving residential aged care community that promotes a philosophy that recognizes the value and individuality of each resident.

You will be responsible for providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our brand new home in Casula.

**_ To be successful in this role_**
- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports
- Relevant License/qualifications (prefer Cert IV in Maintenance/Building Services)
- Ability to provide works costs estimates
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination.
