**Geospatial Specialist positions**

**What will you do?**
APS5 and APS6 Geospatial Specialist positions are responsible for providing mapping and analysis functions, and the administration and maintenance of the Tribunal’s geospatial datasets and online services.
The key duties of the positions may include but are not limited to:

- Develop and administer the provision of spatial data management, storage, and data dissemination solutions.
- Undertake the development, testing, documentation, maintenance and sustained provision of ArcGIS Enterprise including online map and analysis services.
- Administration and maintenance of custodial and non-custodial geospatial datasets to assist the delivery of geospatial products and analysis associated with native title matters.
- Maintenance of geospatial data management processes, procedures and metadata.
- Undertake mapping and geospatial analysis associated with native title matters.
- Actively contribute to opportunities for business improvement.

**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a geospatial team environment and will be adaptable to geospatial technologies and administrative changes.
- Have experience with Geographic Information Systems and associated software including ArcGIS, FME and SQL databases.
- Have knowledge of geospatial data and information associated with land and resources tenure.
- Possess and demonstrate an ability to communicate sensitively with stakeholders.
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications, or recognised equivalent (for APS6)
