**The Opportunity**
This new opportunity is a permanent part-time position working Monday-Friday 7-1.30pm, meaning you'll enjoy an early finish everyday
**You will**
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
**What you will bring**
- Experience in General Maintenance, groundskeeping and 'Handyperson' roles (highly desired)
- A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
