As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

C&K Dixon Street Early Years Centre offers an intensive early learning and care program for children and families living with significant adversity.

The program is based on extensive research, conducted by the University of Melbourne, and guided by infant mental health principals. It is a resource intensive, **referral only** early childhood education program. The program aims to change the life trajectory of children, improve learning and developmental outcomes through attachment and trauma informed practice.

**Program Hours**

Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
