We require an Enthusiastic Care Staff Employee to work PART TIME AFTERNOON SHIFT (3pm-7pm ONLY) 5 days per week, caring for our residents and making a positive contribution to their daily lives.

**About the role**

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Our person-centred approach focuses on maximising the quality of life for each and every resident, so if you are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from you

**Skills & Experience**
- Must be willing to work 5 days per week 3pm-7pm only
- A **Certificate IV in Ageing Support** with medication experience
- ** Must have full working rights - no restrictions on hours**:

- ** Minimum 2 years experience in Aged Care**:

- Previous experience and an understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
