**The Business**
Genus Services is a diverse business offering turnkey solutions in engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning & maintenance of electrical, communications, water & gas utilities. We are part of the GenusPlus Group, providing an integrated service to our clients in the resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors across Australia.

**The Role**
The Project Support Officer role is responsible for contract administration, selecting and optimising resources for projects, co-ordinate day to day administrative duties to ensure they are managed with accuracy and consistency, successfully tracking projects and tasks to completion.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience**
- Experience in Contract Administration.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.
- A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude.
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Experience in Construction and/or Telecommunications industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
- The ability to represent the Company in a professional manner.
