**Join this well-regarded organisation as an HR Administrator / Coordinator and work close to home in East Melbourne**

**The Organisation**

You will be joining an established and well-regarded community services organisation in the Hawthorn area. You will enjoy working with a collaborative and engaging team who enjoy having a laugh and working together.

**The Role**

As part of the HR function, you will support the team with HR administration and recruitment support. You will work full-time hours and 5 days in the office. Depending on your capabilities, you may also take on increased HR responsibilities.

Please note this is a 6 week plus temp assignment.

Key responsibilities:

- Recruitment Support
- Onboarding and complete probity checks
- Creating contracts and managing variations
- Reporting and updating spreadsheets
- General administration as required

**About You**

You are either degree qualified in HR or are currently completing your degree. You have a strong knowledge of EBAs and award rates. You offer strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and passion for HR. You enjoy working with people and are hands-on and happy to help your team with any task.
