Data Analyst

Our Client is a leading Australian brand with products spanning grocery, pharmacy, and healthcare channels. Due to maternity leave, they require a unique Data Analyst role covered for 10-12 months starting ASAP.

Reporting to the National Business Manager and working in a close-knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for monitoring sales data and providing strategic data insights, specifically:

- Budgeting and Forecasting by Retailer
- Scan sale spend analysis and tracking
- Monitoring competitor activity via sell through and scan data (monthly summary)
- Generating and analysising performance reports
- Creating sales and trade spend trackers and providing tools to report performance against budget
- Looking for opportunities to enhance and improve reporting processes, identifying different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance
- Working closely with the marketing team to confer on best marketing activities for each product to deliver increased brand awareness and sales
- Working closely with the National Business Managers to prioritise suggested changes to each business segment and be involved and help prepare for range reviews and promotional programs
- Planogram/spacing ROI

Salary guide is between $90,000 - $110,000 + Super depending on experience.
