As a **Dawn Host**, you'll play a key role in keeping the restaurant buzzing during the quieter, late-night hours. The night shift offers a unique chance to shine, providing the same fantastic service our guests expect, even in the early hours. Whether it’s serving up our famous pancakes or preparing signature drinks, you'll be the friendly face that makes every customer feel right at home, no matter the hour.

Your role will be all about keeping things running smoothly, from greeting late-night diners to handling payments, ensuring the restaurant stays clean and safe, and creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy their meal. You'll be part of a team that loves making every moment special, and no two shifts will ever be the same

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming and seating guests with a warm smile, ensuring they have a great start to their dining experience.
- Taking customer orders and handling payments efficiently and accurately.
- Creating a fun, positive atmosphere, ensuring customers feel right at home.
- Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Assisting with other tasks as required, including up-selling and handling customer inquiries.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, where your skills truly shine.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A flexible, positive attitude and a love for working as part of a team.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.

Please note, your training will take place on day and evening shifts, but once you’re ready for 24-hour trade, your shifts will primarily be from around 11pm to 8:30am.
