**Automation Test Analyst**

**Contract Duration**:12 months

**Extension**:12 months x 2

Our federal goverment client is looking for multiples Automation Test Analysts to join their team.

**Duties**:

- Test requirement preparation, execution, and review
- Defect management and issue investigation
- Test artifact creation and adherence to standards
- Test automation suite development and maintenance
- Stakeholder relationship management and leadership
- Financial planning and analysis
- Training and mentoring for automation and manual testers
- Business improvement strategies implementation
- Internal testing operations participation

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Java & C# programming/scripting
- Experience with various testing automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, SOAP UI)
- Competence in CI/CD environments and YAML-based test automation pipelines
- Experience in mobile and API test automation
- Knowledge of test management tools and DevOps toolchains
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile teams
- Ability to set direction for test automation and implement enterprise automation strategies
- Proven track record of project completion with a delivery-focused approach
- Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification or equivalent
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Desirable certifications include ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile Extension, Agile Technical Tester, and Mobile Application Testing
