**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Coffee Representative who has a deep understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer needs. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with coffee shops, restaurants, retailers, and distributors to drive product sales and brand loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Provide expert advice and training on coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, and resolve any customer issues or inquiries.
- Assist in managing inventory and forecasting demand for key accounts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and expand business connections.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of [X] years working in a coffee-related sales, distribution, or customer service role.
- **Coffee Knowledge**: Strong understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso equipment, and industry trends.
- **Sales Expertise**: Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving growth in a competitive market.
- **Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- **Passion for Coffee**: A deep love and passion for coffee, paired with a desire to educate others and share that passion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with wholesale coffee sales or in a specialty coffee market.
- Barista experience or certification from a recognized coffee institution.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and machinery.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus (but not required).
