**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Craft Exceptional Coffees**: Prepare espresso-based drinks, from classic lattes to signature creations, and serve them with precision and care.
- **Deliver Outstanding Customer Service**: Create a welcoming, friendly environment and ensure our customers have a memorable experience.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep your workspace and the café clean, organized, and inviting for both customers and your teammates.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
- **Keep Stock in Check**: Monitor stock levels and ensure all supplies (coffee beans, milk, etc.) are well-stocked and ready for service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to craft perfect beverages.
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
