This role would suit a highly organised and driven professional with excellent people skills and a pragmatic "can-do" approach. **Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -** - Providing comprehensive and confidential executive-level support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the COO’s day - Delivering prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for all enquiries for the COO - Delivering effective documentation preparation, editing and collation of reports, documentation and presentations, agendas, papers, meeting minutes and general correspondence - Organising and coordinating meetings, liasing with key stakeholders, preparing and distributing materials and completing minutes - Building strong relationships and acting as a liaison for the COO with both internal and external stakeholders - Office management - Manage travel and accommodation bookings as required The successful applicant will be a result-focused Executive Assistant professional with advanced computer skills. You will be a friendly, confident and articulate team player for whom no job is too menial and no task too daunting. Dealing with the business's day-to-day operations, you will hold a high level of professionalism, initiative, and forward-thinking. **Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: -** - A minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a substantially similar role - A positive "can-do" attitude - Attention to detail, superior organisational skills, excellent time management and a focus on delivering results - Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability - The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure - Demonstrated ability to be proactive and use your initiative - The ability to consistently maintain absolute discretion - A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, both externally and internally - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills - The ability to be both a team player and a leader - The ability to operate as a self-starter who can work unsupervised while learning, adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment - Advanced Microsoft 365 skills - Flexibility to offer occassional out-of-hours support - A driver's licence and reliable vehicle Within this fast-paced business, no two days are ever the same; your positive attitude, strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly regarded.
