Sydney- Asset Management- Permanent**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a source of product expertise and become the point person for third party due diligence questionnaires, as well as other internal and external requests for information
- Work with Portfolio Management and Research teams to review the exposure, index methodologies and competitive positioning of existing ETFs.
- Maintain relationships with and conduct due diligence and periodic reviews on a range of third-party service providers to ensure the ETFs are run as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Manage processes relating to fund distributions, tax reporting and other ETF-related events.
- Understand fund regulatory and compliance obligations, draft, and review product-related filings and materials for board meetings and senior management.
- Draft and review prospectuses and other critical fund documentation
- Prepare regular fund reporting requirements, including preparation of reports for management, external data vendors, regulators, and service providers.
- Develop deep understanding of ETF regulatory guidelines and product structure to determine feasibility of new product opportunities.
- Work with legal counsel to review agreements with a range of service providers.
- Help evaluate the competitive landscape for new ETFs and identify and assess new business opportunities for the company.
- Work with exchanges, index providers, market makers and other services providers to help bring new ETFs to market in a timely manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 3-5 years of industry work experience preferred
- Excellent numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of ETFs and general market structure
- An understanding of how indices work and are calculated
- Proven success in demonstrating quantitative, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to make decisions and act quickly in a high-pressure environment
- Experience developing Excel models and using financial data sources such as Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct
