About the Role Your Responsibilities As the Head of Department - Student Services, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work closely with senior leadership team, year co-ordinators, and external agencies to ensure inclusive and effective support for our students. Monitor and analyse data on student attendance, engagement, and behaviour. Promote a culture of care, inclusion, and high expectations throughout the school community. Support access to mentoring or mental health support for vulnerable students.
