We are a well-established and thriving landscape business based in Castle Hill. We take pride in delivering high-quality landscaping services to our clients in both the residential and commercial sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Junior Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Printing, photocopying, scanning, filing
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Data entry of invoices & purchase orders
- Assisting with job scheduling
- Providing admin support to the Management Team as required
**Requirements**:
- Under 21 years of age (junior wage applies)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
Work hours are from 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends.
