We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Wearhouse Stores Person for an immediate start in Belmont. Must have some previous experience working in an autonomous role where you are able to self-manage, prioritise your day, and be able to provide recommendations for process improvement to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiencies in warehouse and logistics.

This is a permanent position which reports to the branch manager and working with a team of sales, purchasing and with a part time stores person with great company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stock management and operations
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Safe forklift operation
- Use the inventory system to manage stocks levels
- Heavy lifting involved
- Prepare, wrap and label goods for dispatch
- Coordination of couriers and logistic providers
- Notify sales team when urgent orders arrive or delayed
- Utilise database/ CRM systems
- Supporting the business in adopting 5S/LEAN tasks

**Key Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence
- Previous warehousing/ stores experience
- Self-motivated
- Sound time management skills
- Computer literacy
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safe manual handling principles
