Contract Opportunity with an Agricultural industry Leader
- Potential for permanent opportunity after initial contracting period

**About Our Client**:
My client is a leading Agricultural business operating in the meat sector.

They are a very acquisitive and exploratory business, having recently diversified further their portfolio of farms across other Agricultural areas.

As part of a large umbrella of companies, the business has significant capital backing to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

The role will be responsible for completing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, from receiving and entering invoices through to the payment runs. A key component of this role is managing the approval process, as well as interacting with Station Managers to ensure that supplier queries are attended to.

General responsibilities include:

- Manage a shared Finance mailbox where invoices are received.
- Perform data entry of invoices in ERP system and scan/file accordingly.
- Reconciliation of payment files with physical invoice records.
- Account payable payment run each Tues & Fri
- Supplier reporting, including overall creditors balance, aged creditor balance.
- Reconcile and process all bank statement transactions.
- Perform corporate credit card reconciliation & subsequent distribution to card holders and then processing
- Raise and process monthly inter company recharges
- Circulate the debtor report each week and weekly follow up with Sales Managers
- Provide general assistance with other finance tasks as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Other general desirable experience includes:

- Experience with MYOB Greentree
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with multiple stakeholder levels.
- Experience utilising Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables desirable)

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $35-38/hour + Super with some flexibility.
