Video Editor

SUNNY DAYS DEVELOPMENTS is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house content team. This is a dedicated post-production role — perfect for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, pacing, and digital creativity.

You’ll be turning raw footage from our construction sites, luxury builds, and behind-the-scenes antics into punchy, polished videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. If you're passionate about editing, storytelling, and experimenting with AI tools in post, we want to hear from you.

No formal experience or qualifications are required for this role — but you’ll need a basic understanding of video editing software (like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut etc). What matters most is your creativity, passion for storytelling, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team. If you’ve been making content for fun, studying media, or experimenting with edits in your spare time — we want to see what you’ve got

YOUR ROLE:

- Edit short and long-form video content for social media and YouTube
- Use music, motion graphics, captions, AI and timing to enhance story and vibe
- Collaborate with our creative team to shape brand storytelling and tone
- Stay ahead of trends and experiment with AI-enhanced workflows
- Wage will be paid in line with award rates

ABOUT YOU:

- You’ve got a good eye for structure, rhythm, and engaging visuals
- Proficient with editing software
- Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and humour — especially for short-form content
- Organised, self-directed, and can manage deadlines across multiple projects
- Curious about AI tools and how they can speed up or enhance your workflow
- Comfortable working from our Robina office and from home
- Prior experience editing for social or digital platforms is a huge bonus, but not essential
