**About the role**

We are seeking Enthusiastic Casual Educators to work in our Vacation Care program which is located at St Martins in Davidson, with the potential for extra shifts across Northern Beaches OSHC during Term Time.

Flexibility and reliability to turn up to a shift with short notice will be required.

This position is Casual up to 25 hours per week and would suit those studying or working part time.

**Duties**

A role in Out of School Hours Care is both rewarding and fun with the opportunity to work in a creative way with school age children.

A Casual Childcare Educator for an Outside of School Hours Care program has;
- An ability to build relationships with children, their families and school staff;
- A commitment to ensuring all policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks are met; as well as
- An understanding about safeguarding children and provision of a safe work environment.
- Attend training as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the team and with children aged 5-12
- Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check
- Experience in a related service sector or qualifications in the Children's services sector would be highly regarded.
