**_ Where do you want to go?_**

You will work with CH business partners across ANZ to develop forecasts for the purposes of procuring goods and as a base for the financial budgeting process to enable the Division to meet sales objectives.

**_ Do something that moves you._**
- Collaborate with senior sales, brand management & supply chain stakeholders to achieve high quality unit & revenue forecasting.
- Lead demand review meetings with Brand management stakeholders to plan both forecasts and review inventory profiles and relevant business KPIs.
- Detailed review of key business metrics and reporting to region.
- Build knowledge of innovative forecasting & S&OP practices for implementation
- Own CH ANZ Product Lifecycle processes within CH ANZ to deliver on-time launches of new products and manage Product master data within global targets.

**_ Does this sound like you?_**
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven operational Demand & Forecasting experience
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain & logistics processes and supporting systems
- Prior experience handling the demand planning function
- Expert level knowledge of advanced analytics, forecasting processes and tools
- Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, dispute management skills, problem solving skills, and effective communication
