Showroom Manager

Independent Living Specialists is a fast-growing business in the rapidly expanding Health Care industry. ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 showrooms and over 750 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint. A unique opportunity exists for an experienced **Showroom Manager** at our **Dee Why Showroom**. This is a full-time role, with some real work/life balance - **Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm**. **Your "New" Day to Day**: - Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions - Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities - Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS. - Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more... - Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the showroom. - Processing orders and hire contracts - Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement - Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses **What's In It For You**: - Monday to Friday / 9 am to 5 pm - Competitive salary package - Commission - Employee benefits and rewards - Professional and supportive team environment - Ongoing extensive training and coaching - Company Paid Parental Leave - Birthday leave day - Volunteer leave day **ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia.
