Oversee all customer touchpoints and communications

You’ll be an integral part of a large automotive retail company with a true commitment to superior customer service running through the organisation. As Customer Experience Coordinator you’ll oversee all customer interactions - from store feedback to digital and social reviews. This could mean dealing directly with customers, or working closely with franchisees to provide direction and guidance in how to optimise customer engagement. You’ll assist in ongoing customer research, monitoring feedback and using this to drive and shape the Customer Experience strategy, creating engaging customer touchpoints. Working alongside the Director of CX, you’ll create processes and systems to ensure all customer communication is consistent, efficient and timely, and put in place measurement tools to assess this. Your background may include two to three years in a similar role, or you may have worked in a management role in a Call Centre or Customer Service Centre. Most importantly you should have outstanding communication and people skills, able to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders from internal teams through to customers.
