**Who are we?**

We are an exclusively growing mobile phone accessories and repair business with over 30 stores based across Australia. Our company looks for people who can grow, think, and deliver in an environment with rapid growth and constant change.

We are looking for **CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPERSTARS** who understand the value of a genuine customer service experience but also how to deliver that experience in an appropriate and helpful way. We’re on the hunt for positive, hardworking, and driven individuals who enjoy working towards and achieving goals, happy to get their hands dirty and thrive on interactions and helping people.

**The roles and responsibilities**:

- Delivering genuine customer service
- Sales and up selling of mobile phone accessories
- Stock take
- Opening and closing duties.
- Stock ordering and inventory management.
- Meeting and exceeding store KPI’s

- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and enjoys a challenge
- Can do attitude
- Be adaptable and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment
- Skills to engage and work with your team to represent the brand

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
