**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

As our Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing NetSuite used by our Global Finance teams from Melbourne Head Office. The role will be accountable for system and integration analysis and improvements, configuration, customisation and support, as well as project delivery for NetSuite changes.

You will collaborate with team members across the business and external development teams to perform customisations, resolve user issues and define processes within business systems. Team management and performance will be a key focus for this role, having direct reports both locally and overseas.

**SYSTEM MANAGEMENT & ENHANCEMENT**
- Manage, configure and administer NetSuite (including providing training and change management as required)
- Responsible for twice yearly full regression testing of upgrade releases
- Provide Business and Systems analysis across Australian and off-shore operational offices
- Liaise with project leads and stakeholders about their experience and requirements to ensure a whole-of-company approach to the use of NetSuite for new businesses or channels
- Ensure rigorous deployment processes are followed for software changes according to best practice methodology
- Ensure that documentation is continually updated
- Analysis and correcting integration and system errors - including program code changes
- Identification and action on Continuous Improvement activities
- Continual monitoring of errors and ensure incremental improvements of NetSuite and integrations
- Be Technical SME for NetSuite.
- Provide sound analysis and quality resolution of complex technical and business issues, including those previously undocumented
- People management, creating a collaborative team culture with high performing team members

**THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**
- 5+ years experience working as Netsuite Developer, 2+ years working as a Netsuite Tech Lead (or equivalent)
- Retail background experience will be highly regarded
- Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information technology or related field
- Demonstrated experience in NetSuite, especially in the financial modules
- Demonstrated experience in NetSuite functional and technical design
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to assist end users with software; a curiosity based approach to problem management
- Highly developed analytical and investigative skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Finance background desirable
- Retail background highly desirable
- NetSuite Suitescript 1.0/2.0., SOAP and REST webservices
- NetSuite Support Function, Troubleshooting,
- Data Migration
- Master Record, Transactions, Custom Records, Workflows, Suite Analytics-Dashboard (Basic), Searches/Reports, Creating (New)
