Eastbrooke Family Practice Lincolnville (Part of Bupa) services the local community, meaning patients don’t have to be a Bupa health insurance member or aged care resident to visit our GPs and allied health professionals.

**The Opportunity**:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at ou**r**Eastbrooke Family Practice Lincolnville available for Medical Receptionists seeking casual work:

- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You’ll be**:
Our Receptionists come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you’ll need:

- Available to work casually - at least 2 days minimum and Saturdays.
- Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
