**Medical Imaging Administrator / Receptionist**

- Immediate Start available for a Part Time position - 48 hours / fortnight.

The Medical Imaging department at Royal Melbourne Hospital is committed to delivering excellent service to our patients and referrers. We are a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging service providing care to patients at RMH Parkville, RMH Royal Park, RMH Private Imaging and RMH Nuclear Medicine.

**Your new role**
- Greeting and registering patients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Managing patient accounts.
- Working collaboratively with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff.
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**About you**
- You have experience working in fast paced medical reception environments (medical imaging / Nuclear medicine experience desirable).
- You are available to work rotating early and late shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- You have strong IT skills and MS office experience.
- You have the capability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team and can work independently when required.
- You are proactive and have problem solving skills.
