We are seeking an experienced **Front of House** person who will be the first point of contact for all our customers at our brand new experiential store at Chadstone

Responsible for superior levels of customer service whilst handling a high volume of customers you will ensure each person visiting the store feels welcome and valued.

**Please note, the shifts for this role will be Friday & Saturday every week.**

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous front of house experience for a luxury band
- Flexibility, this role would suit someone who is very flexible with a variety of shifts available.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and be extremely passionate about customer service and travel
- If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service then this could be the right opportunity for you
