Job Description - Cleaner (Sunshine Coast)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for ongoing work, usually between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with some weekend work (mostly Sundays).
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning
- Ensure spaces are tidy, welcoming, and well-presented
- Manage supplies and notify when items need replenishing
- Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks within allocated time
**Requirements**:
- Own transport
- ABN and ability to invoice
- Can go on Payroll if necessary
- Prior cleaning experience, preferably in homes or short-stay rentals
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Hours & Pay:
- Typically 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, some weekend work, mostly Sundays
- Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience
**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
