Position Overview:
As a Barista/Cafe All-Rounder at Cup and Co, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable cafe experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment, and supporting various cafe tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Coffee: Create consistently exceptional coffee beverages, including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.

Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is outstanding.

Organizational Skills: Keep the cafe area clean, organized, and well-stocked, including handling inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Menu Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our menu offerings, including coffee blends, pastries, and other cafe items, and assist customers in making informed choices.

Cash Handling: Handle cash and transactions accurately, maintaining a secure cash register.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cafe team to ensure smooth operations, support each other during busy times, and contribute to a positive work environment.
