**Job Description**:
We are seeking an RPL to join our team in metropolitan Victoria, North-West region. Including our Werribee and Essendon clinics.

Medical partnerships is a rapidly evolving department within Kieser. Its respective roles and responsibilities offering a diverse career pathway for tenured clinicians.

The Regional Partnership Leader (RPL) role was created to service the unique needs of our referring medical specialists. Each RPL works closely with their medical partners, tailoring their patient’s Kieser experience in accordance to the specialist’s preferences and clinical goals.

**Our priority, achieving the best possible clinical outcome for our mutual patients.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing and growing medical specialist relationships within their geographical region
- Triaging medical referred patients throughout Kieser network
- Providing thorough handovers to Kieser clinicians of medically referred clients, medical specialist preferences in mind
- Providing mentorship to clinical teams on medical specialist communication and engagement
- Developing innovative commercial solutions leading to collaborative partnerships
- Educating their medical specialist community on relevant health benefits of long-term strength training
- Support clinic Partnership Coordinators in GP educational activity coordination
- Coordinate regional medical partner events (including infrequent, out of hours work)
- Recording all engagement activity on our proprietary CRM
- Supporting their clinics in developing a medical partner strategy resulting in medical referral growth within their clinic

**Qualifications**:

- Physiotherapy qualification
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience

- Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously with multiple stakeholders - clinic leaders, equity partners, clinical colleagues, patients and referring medical partners

- Practice Kieser values in both RPL and clinical roles
- Be self-motivated in the absence of a structured clinical diary
- Demonstrate a dynamic growth mindset and be willing to evolve to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- Be undeterred by objections and proactively seek innovative methods to overcome

Additional Information
- Combined clinical and non clinical role. Opportunity to do RPL role from home
- 2 full time days per week dedicated RPL work
- Clinical responsibilities to make up remainder of time for full time employees
- Hybrid role
