**WHO YOU ARE**
- Engineering Degree is essential (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) - Mechanical is preferred
- Experience scheduling and planning a variety of activities in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Awareness of API and AS standards relevant to tank terminal and MHF
- Strong data analytical skills
- Ability to gain familiarity to new standards and guidelines
- Previously demonstrated abilities to solve problems that involved analytical and planning skills
- Strong focus towards closure of open items / inspection findings
- 2+ years of experience in equipment/facility inspections and projects
- Hydrocarbon / oil and gas technical training experience highly preferable

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

This is a Sydney based permanent role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Abide by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities
- CMMS administration and work prioritisation
- Providing ongoing communication and support to contractors and other stakeholders
- Participate in workshops studies and reviews (Criticality, HAZOP, FMEA, RCA etc.)
- Participate in budget preparation and analysis
- Stock management of spares
- Regular formal and informal communication with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Involvement in scoping, designing and execution of terminal projects
- Monthly maintenance performance reporting
