**We are looking for a dynamic hard working and passionate Retail Manager with pharmacy experience to join our great team.**

As the Retail Manager you will be responsible for driving high levels of customer service on the shop floor and motivating the team. You must be energetic, motivated and have a keen eye for detail this role is for you.

The successful applicant will:

- Provide support and assistance to Senior Team Members and staff within the Pharmacy, to ensure outstanding customer service
- Continuously drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales
- Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organising and implementing promotional activities to maximise sales
- Ensure all stock is visually merchandised in a disciplined, customer friendly, clean and tidy manner according to the Pharmacy's merchandising standards
- Delegate tasks to team Members to ensure all systems are in place and customer service is at a high level
- Accountable for rostering the team and ensuring you maintain your allocated wage budget per month
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate team management & staff compliance with the Pharmacy Policies and Procedures.
- Work to set budgets for the store and implement strategies to achieve desired results in sales, stock and GP
- Be fully proficient in using the Point of Sale system
- Experienced in recruitment and induction of new team members
- Receive a high volume of goods into the Pharmacy
- Mark off and unpack pallets of stock daily
- Have a high level of business acumen and integrity
- Provide staff performance management and development

**Qualifications and Knowledge Required**: **Certificate IV in Retail Management or Community Pharmacy**
- Experience in Pharmacy or large format retail
- Experience in Working as a Stock controller preferred
- Sound understanding of pharmacy operations
- High level computer skills
