**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Nominated Supervisor** to lead our dynamic team at Growth Mindset Early Learning Centre in Bonnyrigg. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and fostering a positive learning environment for children and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the centre’s daily operations in compliance with **National Law and Regulations**.
- Ensure the **safety, well-being, and development** of children by maintaining a high-quality learning environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of **educators and staff** to ensure excellence in early childhood education.
- Oversee **curriculum planning and implementation** in alignment with EYLF principles.
- Maintain compliance with **ACECQA requirements** and **child protection laws**.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with **families, staff, and the community**.
- Manage **enrolments, budgets, and centre administration** efficiently.
- Ensure a strong focus on **inclusion, diversity, and cultural awareness**.
- Lead continuous **quality improvement initiatives** to enhance centre standards.

**Essential Criteria**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or higher, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education).
- **Proven leadership experience** in an early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of the **National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF**.
- Current **First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications**.
- Valid **Working with Children Check (WWCC)**.
- Excellent **communication and organisational skills**.
- Passionate about **early childhood education** and developing young minds.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
