A bit about your role
The Service Portfolio Manager is the primary interface of INES providing integrated environment services to its customers. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, service vision and the maintenance and prioritisation of the service team backlog for their specific portfolio. The role itself also supports the decomposition of capabilities into epics including acceptance criteria for the INES teams to deliver.
The Service Portfolio Manager drives the overall prioritisation, planning and delivering the test environment services of complex projects to time, cost and quality within a business portfolio. They have the end-to-end accountability for delivering test environment services to the customers of their portfolio which is aligned to Business Units and Outcome Groups. The role will also coach delivery teams to embed customer-centric mindsets, transform ways of working and uplift productivity.
A bit about you
As the Service Portfolio Manager, you will be a strong advocate for change within the INES team. They actively seek feedback from the customers and advocate on their behalf to drive changes and improvements to the services and the way INES delivers its services to its customers. You will also actively participate in transformation initiatives both within INES and the broader SEO organisation.
