Role: Permanent Full-Time | Salary: $36.43 - $37.54 per hour

Located just across the road from Warner Market Place, Busy Bees at Warner is a vibrant 75-place early learning service. Our dedicated Educators work closely with families, children, and the local community to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator (Diploma Qualified) to join our supportive team and take the next step in their early childhood education career.

- Essential Qualifications- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)- A current and valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card- First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Essential Skills and Attributes- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)- Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team of educators- Confident in designing and evaluating programs that meet the developmental needs of all children- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Commitment to building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Desirable Skills and Experience- Prior experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role- Ability to support children with diverse needs, including additional learning or behavioural support- Collaborative approach to working with educators, support staff, and allied professionals- Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and communication
