Our Group Office has a vacancy for a **Tax Advisor**. Located in Southbank, this globally focused role provides tax advisory & planning, governance and reporting services across our operations, development projects, exploration activities, and corporate businesses. Working across direct and indirect tax returns, tax effect accounting, transfer pricing, tax budgeting/forecasting, and reporting, the role is a key member of our established Global Taxation Team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax advisor to work in an international context. In addition to this, you will join a very experienced and respected Global Taxation Team, and through project work and structured development plans, expand your tax advisory capabilities and future career opportunities.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in delivering complex tax advisory services and tax compliance processes in a multinational corporation and/or professional services firm, ideally in a global context.
- Tertiary level accounting or related qualifications (CA/CPA), with post graduate qualifications in International Tax or Taxation Law viewed favourably.
- Experience with international tax rules, including double tax agreements, capital gains tax, withholding tax is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Tax-Effect Accounting, and knowledge of financial systems (experience with SAP is desirable).
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with finance peers and commercial teams across different jurisdictions and time zones.

This position is located in Southbank Melbourne and may involve occasional travel to our operations and support offices.
